Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Miami, Florida. We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the contiguous United States:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may incur additional shipping charges.
International Shipping
At this time, Formulation Makers ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities. Please check back for updates or contact us at info@formulationmakersshop.com to inquire about future international availability.
Any international orders placed through unauthorized third parties are not covered under our warranty, return policy, or product guarantees.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Delivery Confirmation: All shipments require delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages that show a confirmed delivery status by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us for further assistance.
Signature Requirements: Orders exceeding a certain value threshold may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion for security purposes.
Shipping Delays & Undeliverable Packages
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Formulation Makers is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and should be used as guidelines only.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Formulation Makers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@formulationmakersshop.com or call 1-800-709-7807. Please include your order number and photographs of any damage to expedite the resolution process.
For packages that appear lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days), please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation and work toward a resolution, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Product Handling & Storage Disclaimer
Our vitamins and dietary supplements are packaged to maintain product integrity during transit. However, once the product has been delivered, Formulation Makers is not responsible for damage or degradation caused by improper storage conditions, including but not limited to exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.
Please store all products as directed on the product label. If a product appears to be compromised upon delivery (e.g., broken seal, unusual odor or appearance), do not consume the product and contact us immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Formulation Makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged goods, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim related to shipping shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the affected order, including shipping charges.
This shipping policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
