Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive:
• An order confirmation email after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require additional time and may incur additional charges.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States and its territories.

We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Orders placed through unauthorized third-party services are not covered under our return policy or guarantees.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Confirmation:
All shipments include delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Signature Requirement:
Orders over a certain value may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Shipping Delays & Undeliverable Packages

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Carrier issues
• Weather or natural events
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Unclaimed Packages:
Returned packages may be subject to:
• Restocking fees
• Deduction of original shipping costs

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours:

For packages with no tracking updates for 7+ business days, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Product Handling & Storage

Our products are packaged to maintain quality during transit.

After delivery, we are not responsible for damage caused by:
• Heat exposure
• Moisture
• Improper storage

Please store products as directed on the label.

If your product arrives compromised (broken seal, unusual smell, etc.), do not use it and contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formulation Makers is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to shipping issues.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
